The cleaning request form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address, and requested service. You may also provide a company or property name, cleaning frequency, approximate square footage, preferred date, additional requirements, and relevant photos or documents.
How your request is used
Your details are used to review the cleaning needs you describe, prepare a proposal, arrange a follow-up conversation, and discuss the practical details of a potential service. Submitting a request does not itself confirm a booking.
Request records and attachments
Cleaning requests are stored in the website’s private request area for authorized website administrators. If notification email is enabled, request information may also be processed by the website’s mail system. Optional attachments are available through the administrator request screen.
Cookies and website services
The website uses WordPress and a cookie preference tool. Use the cookie controls displayed on the site to review or change available preferences. Cookies associated with administrative sign-in are separate from submitting a cleaning inquiry.
Keep uploads relevant
Please provide only information needed to understand the property and cleaning request. Do not upload identification documents, payment details, or unrelated sensitive personal information.
